R & C offers five groups of building consulting and engineering services.

Building components have a design service life. Most components require maintenance and/or interim repairs before the end of their service lives. Some components fail pre-maturely due to poor detailing and/or excessive use. Our team performs detailed condition evaluations and manages the repair process.
