R & C offers five groups of building consulting and engineering services.

Our team completes building condition evaluations to provide information for the allocation of immediate and long-term funding. Our initial inspection is a visual evaluation. Based on preliminary findings, we can perform follow-up test openings to evaluate concealed conditions.
